The reasonably cheap price and the very friendly and helpful hotel staff.
Very noisy room due to the ultra thin wall where you can hear every sound made by everyone within 20 feet.

Eating places is quite limited I suppose. Shopping is a distants.
A must for Guests to drive. (Alternatively, hotels in that area should contribute in providing free shuttle service from Kelana Jaya to that area at least). Place is further from train station (10-15 min by cab) amd cab is hard to get.

A good air conditioned room, the staff are very friendly and the rooms are secure.
The room was smaller than imagined, and the walls must be thin because we could here what was happening in neighbouring rooms. Also, the location is a bit too far out from anything and taxi drivers had a hard time knowing where it is.

Really nothing much expect for the TV Channels which was included.
The 1st room that was given to us, the shower was not functioning right. Took them about 45 minutes to move us to another unit. From there, thinking that they had checked the shower just started unpacking. In the evening, we found out that the shower was also not working right. But just tolerated. What do you expect from a budget hotel. In the evening, I wanted to go to Giant which was just opp and then to Damansara Heights. Because it was raining, I asked the Reception to call for a cab. She was hesitant and told me to take it from Giant which was easier. Unfortunately when I crossed the street, it started raining and I was wet but not drenched. When she booked me the cab. The 5 minutes she promised me turned into a 45 minute wait. Very disappointing.

The room is clean and the service is good. However, I still think it is a bit overprice.
The price is still over.

I-Hotel is a quiet but comfortable hotel, which is 5-minutes' walk from Giant supermarket, interesting cafes and eating places. Since I-Hotel is a new hotel, the furnishings and in-room amenities are new and work well. Even though it is in a low-rise shophouse building, there is a lift that comes in useful for those with heavy luggage. The bathroom fittings are modern and the shower worked wonderfully, providing instant hot water with good water pressure. In terms of ambience and decor, this hotel is clearly a notch above the others in the surrounding area. Although the price is about RM10 higher, this is still good value for money.
The reception staff seem new and need more training. The receptionist that checked us in took more than 15 minutes to get the paperwork done, keying in guest details with one-fingered typing. Service levels and smiles dropped when the staff had to attend to more than one customer. The receptionist gave us hasty and unclear directions on where to find the bus-stop, since she was attending to another customer. They issue only one key card per double room, even if there are two guests. There were ants in our room.

The hotel is reclusive so that no one will bother you. The rooms are okay.
The walls are thin so you could hear noises from outside.

reasonable price quite cheap, especially if you want to have late check-out they charge by the hour and not half day for most hotels. the room was clean and a comfortable one...
the room was quite small and the sound of other people banging their doors was annoying due to thin walls maybe. the air-con wasn't that cold even though I lower the temperature to 16 degrees... and location is quite far from the main city KL...

The hotel's location is good. Nearby are of lots leisure & shopping malls. It's convenient for those people who have their own transport vehicle & would like make a "shopping trip" in PJ/ KL.
The cleanness need to be improved lots, as we found the hairs on the bed when we first step in the room.
